How we work
Free 30-minute consultation — We talk about your business, your current pain points, and whether we’re the right fit. No commitment, no sales pitch.
Tier recommendation & proposal — Within 48 hours we send a written proposal with the recommended tier, scope, onboarding fee, and timeline. You decide.
Engagement letter & onboarding — One clear engagement letter covers scope, fees, and responsibilities. Then we set up accounts, connect bank feeds, import historical data, clean up anything needing attention, and train you on the secure portal (1–2 weeks).
Ongoing monthly service & annual review — Books closed by the 15th, financial statements delivered, and tax work done proactively throughout the year. Quarterly (or monthly) check-ins. At year-end we file taxes on time and plan the next year — no last-minute April surprises.

What’s included in each tier?
Everything listed in your tier is included in the flat monthly fee. Scope beyond tier limits (extra bank accounts, additional 1099 vendors, higher transaction volume) is disclosed up front at standard add-on rates — never billed by surprise.

Yes — we provide full bilingual service in English and Vietnamese, fluently and professionally, for owners who want to understand their books and taxes in the language they think in.
How fast do you respond?
Essentials, Standard, and Growth tiers: 2 business days on email. Premier tier: same-day for urgent items. We answer our phones and respond to emails — it shouldn’t be a differentiator, but in accounting, it is.
How does pricing change over time?
Annual adjustment every January (greater of 4% or CPI). All scope changes are disclosed up front in writing — never surprise invoices at year-end.
