Privacy
What this website does with what you send it, and what it measures.
When you ask for a consultation
What you enter in our booking form or contact page (your name, email and phone, your answers, your note, and any time you picked) is sent as one email to our office at Accounting@BookSmartSeattle.com. This website doesn’t keep a copy of it.
The email is delivered by Postmark, an email service, which handles it under its own privacy policy.
Checking that you’re a person
Before a request is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person and not a program.
Measuring visits
On booksmartseattle.com we use Google Analytics to count visits and two actions: a consultation request that was sent to us, and a tap on our phone number. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We never send it your name, email, phone number or anything you type.
Cloudflare, which hosts this website, also counts page views and measures how quickly pages load, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn’t use your IP address or browser details to identify you.
Hosting
This website is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it receives your IP address, the pages your browser asks for, and what you send through our forms on its way to Postmark.
